Image Quest Photography is a state-of-the-art digital imaging studio that offers combined experience of over 60 years of commercial photography. By bringing our innovative, cost-effective strategies to clients worldwide for over two decades we continue to be the vendor of choice for artists, photographers, printers, galleries, museums, agencies, builders and manufacturers. We think big but never skimp on details. When it comes to accuracy, you can’t cheat the physics. That’s why IQ uses the BetterLight Super 8K digital scanning backs paired with the Opti-Copy cameras using the finest German large format optics from Schneider. BetterLights’s 384 megapixel sensor can generate an enormous uncompressed, lossless TIFF master file: up to 1.1 GB in size, in full 48-bit color. Compared to modern DSLRs and even the finest medium format digital backs, the sensor is physically huge, measuring almost 3”x4” – five times the area of most sensors. Lighting is paramount to show detail and texture.

ARTIST SERVICES
IQ knows the business of art, handles artwork with respect and makes it simple to preserve and reproduce work for sale. IQ is equipped to handle nearly any size and surface, making it the perfect solution for scanning stretched canvas, pastels, framed pieces with or without glass, slides and transparencies, as well as 3D objects. IQ also specializes in high end digital output. Our giclees are produced using only the finest archival inks and substrates, giving you the finest-quality reproduction that will last generations.
PRINTING SERVICES
At IQ, we use quality Epson Printers partnered with Epson UltraChrome Archival inks to give you prints that are fade resistant for 100 years. So, you can feel comfortable in displaying your work without special light or humidity control while your original is safe in a controlled environment.
IQ uses an extensive array of quality substrate materials on which to print your valuables. They are fine-art quality, acid-free and pH neutral. Whatever look or effect you are going for, we can put your images to work on durable and venue appropriate material.
